Direct Investment Eligibility Criteria
Eligible early-stage startups and SMEs are defined as existing businesses with clear growth plans for enhancing productivity, introducing a new product/service or accessing a new market – with interest in applying for the quasi-equity or equity investment schemes provided by the ISSF. As we only partially contribute to the capital raise of your company, you must have an institutional co-investor(s) during the investment round to cover the remaining amount and you may only apply up to two times across your lifecycle.
