The ISSF is an investment fund established to propel venture capital in Jordan and beyond.

The Innovative Startups and SMEs Fund (ISSF) is primarily a fund of funds, backing leading local, regional, and international venture capital funds with strong conviction in Jordan's founders and startup ecosystem.

The Fund plays a central role in expanding access to finance, strengthening investment pipelines, and enabling broader participation from institutional and private investors.
